This is to inform the public in general that Saint Charles Athletic Football Club of Lagos will be organizing an open soccer trial for young and highly talented footballers and goalkeepers as well.
If you are nursing the ambition to play football at the professional level abroad, it will be worthwhile for you to make yourself available for this screening exercise.
The club is currently working towards participating in international competition hence, the club management deemed fit to scout for additional talented footballers to fortify the squad that will represent the club in the tournament.
Soccer players and goalkeepers from the age of seventeen (17) and above are expected to participate in the football screening program.
The screening exercise will take place between 12th to 13th August, 2022.
The venue is Ansar - ur- Deen primary school which is located along Ebute - Igbogbo road, after NIPCO filling station.

The birth of this great club was made possible on the 28th of July, 2017 by the Almighty God after so many years of preparation. The major aim of this soccer club is to further enhance the quality and standard of the game in our beloved country Nigeria; by setting a sustainable grass root program that will help to discover, develop and expose the kids who are talented in the game of soccer and who are ready to make it a profession.
It is our responsibility at Saint Charles Athletic F.C to build a football outfit that most Nigerians will be proud of based on what the club is set out to achieve not only at the academy level but also at the professional level inclusive in the future.
Less than two years of it's existence, the club has made tremendous progress in talent haunt and development. So far, the club has two levels under the academy program. The under thirteen(under 13) which has a population of thirty five players and the under 16 level with a total of thirty three players respectively.
With every sense of humility and to the glory of the Almighty God,
I am happy to say that Saint Charles Athletic F.C is the fastest growing club within Ikorodu community. This is just the beginning. We look up to God for more achievements .
