Are you below 25 years of Age?
Secondary School or Diploma holder/NYSC Corpers needing add on jobs.
Have Knowledge of Hotel, F&B, Reception and or Housekeeping and is ready to learn
Speak / Read / Write English and possibly Another Language, Hausa/French/Arabic/Chinese
Have some knowledge of the Computer.
Meet guests when they arrive, freshening sanitizer/servette or towel/welcome Drink, before settling them in their rooms
Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
Have a thorough understanding of all House Menu and specialty foods/Fruits/Smoothies/Cock/Mocktails available
Assess and restock Guest Amenities / Minibar collections as necessary
Serve meals and Refreshments (Fruits Platter/Tea Time Services) for guests
Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
Run errands for guests when necessary
Ensure guests’ rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary
Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
See guests off when they check out
Remain well-groomed at all times
Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene
Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanour
