⚽️⚽️⚽️ 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🧠

I had the honor of being received by 𝐉𝐞́𝐫𝐨̂𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐳𝐨𝐥𝐨—𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐀 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, former Belgian international referee, and Belgium’s first Black referee.

During this meeting, I had the opportunity to introduce myself, to present the African Deaf Football Confederation, and to outline the ambitions we hold for the development of deaf football in Africa and in Gabon.

Our discussions were rich, constructive, and deeply inspiring. We addressed the challenges involved in structuring deaf football, the need to enhance its visibility, and the prospects for collaboration and support—particularly in connection with 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐀𝐅 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐀.

This meeting marks a significant milestone in our journey. It confirms that, through dialogue, professionalism, and vision, it is possible to open new doors and advance our cause.

I sincerely thank Jérôme Efong Nzolo for his warm welcome, his willingness to listen, the quality of his advice, and the interest he has shown in our project.

We continue to move forward with determination to grow the sport of deaf football and to champion a stronger, more inclusive, and more ambitious vision for Africa.
