Dear religious folks.

1. Prayer and fasting will not replace accurate knowledge and action.

2. Not every delay is from God. Some are caused by the government of your country, and your lack of resolve to see things through till the end.

3. God is a creator, but you’re a consumer. Whose image are you modeling exactly?

4. Learn how to differentiate religious jargon from practical implementable principles.

5. “Grace” might give you what you don’t deserve, but competence will enable you keep it, or you lose it.

6. Your poverty doesn’t bring Glory to God, neither is he testing you with it. You’re just suffering.

7. Living below your potential is an insult to the God who equipped you with so much of it.

8. Too much religious activities can reduce your effectiveness in purpose. You’re sent to the world, not to attend religious activities from Monday to Sunday.

9. Power and commerce doesn’t care about your religious beliefs. Learn the rules or be a minion.

10. Don’t give the wrong religious leader your mind. He will make a buffon out of you.

One quote that changed my life.

“The world is ruled by tired men.”

Most people who achieve great things have one thing in common “they are usually tired.”

Tired men wake up before the sun rises, not because they feel inspired, but because responsibility leaves them no choice.

Governments are run by tired men.

Businesses are built by tired men.

Families survive because of tired men.

Societies continue moving because somewhere, someone is suppressing exhaustion to keep things from collapsing.

Behind most positions of power is not excitement, but burden.

The young often imagine power as freedom, luxury, and control.

But many powerful people are simply people carrying heavier responsibilities than others.

Most of the systems civilization depends on are sustained by people operating beyond their limits.

The businessman trying not to let salaries delay.

The doctor finishing another overnight shift.

The driver working through fatigue.

The mother holding the family together despite emotional exhaustion.

The leader making impossible decisions with incomplete information.

The world keeps moving because tired people refuse to quit.

And perhaps one of the greatest skills in life is learning how to carry responsibility without allowing it to completely destroy your mind, health, relationships, and soul.

Tiredness is not a curse, it is a reward for sustained effectiveness.

You don’t eat only when you feel like eating.

You don’t pray only when you feel like praying.

You don’t fast only when you feel like fasting.

You don’t do many things only when you “feel” like doing them.

So why do you read only when you feel like reading?

You read because you have to, not because you “feel” like reading.

As a matter of fact, you won’t feel like reading most times.

But if you’re going to be a life long learner, you have to read daily, even if it is for 30 minutes only.
