Diving isn’t always about looking for the big stuff.
Sometimes the biggest thrill is finding the masters of disguise hiding right under your mask.

In this gallery we have gathered 7 of the reef’s best camouflage artists that we can encounter during our dives.
From the “living rock” to the “swimming leaf” these creatures prove that the ocean is filled with surprises if you just slow down and look closely.

It’s never too early to start discovering the ocean in a safe and fun way. Our DSD program is open to kids from 10 years old, guided every step of the way by our professional PADI instructors ❤️

📚How it works?
It takes only 1 and a half day:
Day 1: a short theory session + skills practice in the pool
Day 2: 2 ocean dives, at a maximum depth of 12 meters, on beautiful Two Mile Reef

This is where it all starts… at the bottom of our tiled pool.
Because we want you to enjoy your first dives area without stress, we go through a thorough training in the pool. This is where you’ll learn some basic skills and how to use the scuba gear. And our pool being 3m deep, you can also comfortably train on how to equalize properly.

Our best ambassadors 🥰
10 years old is the minimum age to try diving with a Discover Scuba Dive course.
Kids will only spend a few hours in the pool to practice and understand what happens when they get below the surface and after that, they can do 2 real dives at a maximum depth of 12 meters.
Shallow dives on Two Mile Reef in the Bazaruto National Park offer a lot: at only 12 meters they will get turtles, rays, most probably sharks and an amazing aquarium 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐠🐠🐠🐠
Wouldn’t that be a perfect birthday present for them?

And this is our surface interval in between dives 🏖️
We are lucky enough to dive in the and want you to enjoy it as much as you can. This is why, in between dives, we go to Bazaruto, find ourselves a nice spot, set up a large shade and give you enough time to explore a bit.
Only because we want your diving day to be more than just diving.

Did you know you could dive from 10 years old?
It’s such a wonderful activity to share with the people you love… why don’t you give it a try with your kids next time you’re by the sea?
Our reefs are beautiful in the shallows and our waters quiet enough to start diving in easy conditions still getting the chance to see turtles, rays, reef sharks and an amazing sea life.

One of our favorite dive sites on Two Mile Reef : The Fish Bowl… why? Amazing coral garden, with very healthy corals, plenty fish, reef sharks almost every dive, rays as well and the funny garden eels.
And all this at a max depth of 14 meters. A very enjoyable dove for everyone.
It’s not the depth that matters… it’s what you see underwater…
