Sure, Ponta do Ouro and the neighboring Ponta Malongane are world famous for their diving (actually, the surfing is also quite good), but paragliding? Actually, the 70-m-tall dune connecting the two Ponta’s, in combination with the predominant winds in the area, provide the optimal soaring conditions for an additional playground - the air. agliding site, which, for a richer experience for the whole group or family, comes complete with our own restaurant and bar. In order to take full advantage of the local winds and orography for the best possible paragliding experience, we decided to build our two takeoffs at the highest point of Ponta Malongane, giving us the possibility to soar in the widest range of winds. Taking care of you in the air will be Yassen Savov - one of the most accomplished competitors in the world of paragliding, former European Champion and holder of professional tandem licenses from South Africa, Austria, Norway, Canada, and Bulgaria. Currently 35 years old, Yassen has been flying since he was 15, and loves to share his passion. All you need are a pair of sunglasses. Give us a shout. And see you in the air.

To find us, you can come from the road behind or from the beach below:
- Driving from Ponta do Ouro northward, in the beginning of Ponta Malongane you will see on your right a big gate with the sign “Tandem Paragliding”. Come right in.
- Or at the Ponta Malongane rest camp, ask for the path that starts 50m south of the camp’s reception (and the beach) and goes up the slope. We are at the top of that path, a 5-10 min walk from the rest camp.
