After our experimental activities, whose results lead us to believe in the promising future of this academy, founded on June 1st, 2016, we have come to thank all those who have believed in us since the moment when everything If it was to be a mere daring of ours in the identification of talent for the formation of National and International Professional Football Players. Words only fail to convey
our pride and sense of satisfaction when we receive the invitation to represent the Children 's Soccer Team of the District of Manica in the II Provincial Youth Soccer Championship (BEBEC) held in the Vanduzí District of 17 to 19 of April of 2017 where we left victorious and we will represent the Province of Manica in the II National Championship of Soccer Infantile - Juvenil. Our quiet and humble academy is located in the City of Manica where once was identified as an ideal place for the construction of an Olympic Village, given its central location in the country and favorable weather conditions to practice any sport, such as; Football, swimming or athletics. Today, many of the boys live without a certain destination as to their future, most of them are born here, grow up and at some point become marginalized when they can not continue with their studies or at some point after their studies do not find employment opportunities. In order to reverse this scenario, it appeared that this initiative was created to create a project called the Manica Sports Academy, inspired by the great desire of some boys to play the ball where most of them belong to low income families or even without income. Thus came the dream of one day seeing boys in our country with talents that could represent national and international teams, designing the name of our District, our Province, our Country in other countries, which would distance them from drugs, alcohol, HIV and child prostitution towards a promising future in relation to their current life scenarios. ADM currently has admiration of several individuals who are already beginning to believe in our humble adventure and have received moral support, in some cases material and in the face of this growth, is already underway the process of legal registration of the academy. Our dream is to have all the boys with cleats for training and games, training ground / games, room for theoretical classes and television, equipment to improve and develop balance and reflex, cafeteria, gymnasium, later dormitories and a half transport to travel to places of games, visits to cultural places and exchange of experience. It should be noted that we have 16 to 18 year olds who have been training in other clubs, which, according to them for organizational reasons, have decided to join us and play with excellent individual and collective technical quality with only a good physical preparation to enter Marketplace. Our coach received a retraining from a German Arsenal coach in addition to other local and national formations. Our academy also has a masseur and an assistant coach all supported by goodwill in our President. This project, with only 11 (eleven) months, already made visible changes in the boys and their managers, where in a meeting with them they demonstrated their satisfactions in all the senses, that in addition to knowing that they play technique and tactically well in Team or individually, improved their behaviors at home, with their colleagues and friends, respect with older and close, school performance, personal hygiene and conduct ruled. The training is served fruits of the season and in games we serve lunch or breakfast according to the schedule of the games and we also stimulate for their motivations to practice and commitment in the games with 50 meticais per player in case of victory, half for cases of tie and nothing In case of defeat. Every month a bar of soap is distributed to each of them. With our seriousness and goodwill in this project, we guarantee that it is worth betting and joining our cause for the accompaniment and motivation of the children, as well as in the expansion of other modalities. Our sincere thanks to the Chinhamapere Internship Center where, without hesitation, they unconditionally made available to us in their field for our training sessions. We offer 02 soccer balls to the children of Messica, 02 soccer balls to the students of the Internship of Manhoca (Chinhamapere) and 02 soccer balls the children of Machipanda in order to create tastes by the ball in the children. We hope that one day this academy will serve not only the children in our District, but also our Province, so that it serves as an example of motivation to the other Districts, towards a promising future of our children and a society free of drugs , Alcohol, HIV and child prostitution.
