anged dramatically when I committed to working out consistently five days a week. Within a few years, not only did I see significant improvements in my health and appearance, but I also gained the strength to overcome many other challenges in life. The gym taught me an important lesson: The tougher the struggle, the sweeter the triumph. Life, just like fitness, has its ups and downs. Like sore muscles after a tough workout, life's difficulties represent weakness leaving your body and becoming your strength for tomorrow. And the best part is that the results you achieve from pushing through tough times always last longer than the temporary pain. Fitness is one of the greatest gifts in my life.
