Ramai beginner buat mistake ini masa buat RDL

❌ Dumbbell/bar terlalu jauh dari kaki.
❌ Squat instead of hip hinge.
❌ Lutut terlalu banyak bengkok.
❌ Kepala terlalu dongak ke atas.
❌ Bengkokkan belakang.

RDL bukan squat. Fokus tolak pinggul ke belakang untuk target glutes & hamstrings πŸ”₯
