Roc Gym is a response to the longstanding need for a climbing gym dedicated to the fantastic pursuit of bouldering; arguably, both the best way to learn and to advance in climbing at any level right here in our bouldering gym.

Guys, we’re closing after Chinese New Year. Unfortunately Di (the owner) is going overseas due to some family plans. Will be demolishing all the renovations and walls starting March. While we’re at it, anyone interested in taking over the shop feel free to call 0168213368. Help to spread this around, share and like. Thanks ;)

If you’re interested feel free to call and I’ll explain the business and stats in detail. We’re demolishing so if anyone is interested in the metal and wood materials do contact me too. Cheers!

It’s Tuesday 2pm! :D where we start our new week! What’s new? Every Monday day off we clean the rocks, routeset or make improvements to the gym in general.

This week we added a set of 0.75” deep campus rungs!! The board was invented by Wolfgang Güllich in 1988 while he was training for a new route, Action Directe, which requires extreme dynamic finger strength.

It has since used by climbers all around the world to train for contact strength and explosive power.

And I would reckon we had one of the best config in Sabah :) D spent hours designing and sanding all the woods. It’s wider than conventional campus boards, because soon we’ll be adding some pvcs to train for those sweet sweet slopers ;)

And friends is all you need when you can’t install them :3 cheers to mr.robot, kwong and their gang for helping out. Really appreciate it
