Sifu Hus is a student of Sifu Julian de Boers from the Wing Chun Bing Fa Kung Fu Academy in Melbourne, he has been training Wing Chun for more than 8 years. Arriving in Melbourne from London, in 2007, he discovered the Wing Chun Bing Fa Kung Fu Academy and began his training. After many years of hard training and discipline, he graduated as an instructor and gained the title as a Sifu. November 20

When applying a cross arm Pak Sao, the goal is to force your opponent to turn their body away from you. This will reduce the chance of them throwing their rear hand and also will put them off balance, giving you a small chance to control their posture.

Applying the offensive Pak Sao in a cross position. Whenever there is contact with the opponent’s cross arm, the opportunity to strike the arm away is always there. Here we use the attacking Pak Sao which moves forwards diagonally from the centre line through the central line.
When applied correctly, the opponent’s structure should be affected.
