want to know what’s your belt rank in nogi? Even tho belt ranking is not important to us, coach will let you know what your current skill level is in terms of ranking (stripes).

Starting 13th January 2026, will be taking over our grappling class every Tuesdays at 8pm.

Alex trains in SBG Ireland and is a purple belt under John Kavanagh. He is also competed and a gold medalist in the purple belt division in jiu-jitsu competition in Ireland.

Come learn from him and take your grappling game. We are looking forward to learn from him and it is a great addition to our team.
