Athletes Announcement :

All individual athletes and teams are required to attend a briefings on Friday,
07:00 PM.

If an athlete or team member fails to attend the meeting, they may still got to compete for that day. But, any argument or issue later will not be entertain.

Make sure you are already registered, then come to the briefing.

Briefing will be done at the Basketball court, please come early.

Go through or try all the event workout and if u have any question, you can ask during briefing..

At the registration booth, make sure you come and collect your T-shirt and must sign the waiver form. Athletes from Individual Teens, Icebreaker and Scale division will have a briefing simultaneously.

Attendance of all athletes is COMPULSORY. Waiver forms must be signed by each individual athlete. If you have any queries about the movements please address them during the briefing. Anything after, will not be entertained by the organisers, in other meaning is that when u got No Rep during your workout, that’s IT.

Attention to all that has registered to be judge/volunter,
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Thank you for nominating yourself and making our event smoother and happier for everyone to enjoy the weekend.

We had invite crews and judges into our WhatsApp group, for throwdown purpose only.

Due to overwhelming response, this event has reached maximum capacity and registration is now closed.

With had almost 100 registered athletes, we are ready to have a lot of fun together! See you guys this Saturday!

EVENT 5 : ZERO POINT

Workout description :

On 3,2,1 go, the athlete will complete 200 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry (double dumbbells/kettlebells/ wall ball) to _____ meters down the lane (dumbbells/kettlebells/wall ball and feet starting behind the line and finishing after the line), put the equipment inside the mat, then run back to the single under/skipping designated area,

Then the athlete will complete 100 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry to _____ meters down the lane, put the equipment inside the mat, then run back to the single under/skipping designated area,

Then the athlete will complete 50 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry to _____ meters down the lane, put the equipment inside the mat, then run back across the starting line to complete the workout.

Athlete can choose any order of farmer’s carry (double kettlebell / double dumbbell / wall ball ) in the way they feel appropriate for their advantage.

The score is the total time taken to complete the full workout.

Movement standards :

Single under / skipping

The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the repetition to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.

Athlete may use their own rope.

Farmers carry (both hands)

The athlete will pick up both dumbbells/kettlebells/wall ball off the ground and carry each one in each hand down by their side. All of the equipments will begin behind the line and the athletes will farmers carry it for _____ meter and over the line for the rep to count.

Please note the farmers carry equipments must be placed inside the designated mat. They will place them completely on the mat and run back to the single under/skipping area.

The actual distance of the farmer’s carry will be reveal on the actual
Competition day (25th february 2023) by the games master.

Male athlete will be using the 8 and 6kg dumbbell/kettlebell, and 9kg wall ball while female athlete will be using the 6 and 4kg dumbbell/kettlebell, and 6kg wall ball.

EVENT 4 : MANDI SUNGAI

Workout description :

On 3,2,1 go, the athlete will begin with 3 deadlifts then bear crawl _____ meters up and down the lane (hands starting behind the line and finishing after the line).
The athlete will then complete 3 dumbbell push presses (both hand) then bear crawl back up and down the lane. They will repeat this adding 3 more repetitions on deadlifts and shoulder to overhead movement each round.

The score is the total number of reps the athlete completes in the 8 minutes.

Each _____ meter bear crawl is 1 rep.

Movement standards :

Kb deadlift high pull

This is a standard deadlift with the hands inside the knees with a finishing of a high pull/upright row. Starting at the floor, the kettlebell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the kettlebell. The kettlebell then pulled under the chin while the elbow move high and outside of the shoulder. At the top, elbow must be at a higher level than the shoulder, while full extension of the knees and hip is a must for the movement to be considered as one good repetition.

Deliberate bouncing of the kettlebell and dropping the kettlebell after the completion of the repetition is not permitted.

Male athlete will be using the 6kg kettlebell , while
Female athletes will be using the 4kg kettlebell.

Bear crawl

Athlete will begin with hands and feet only touching the floor. The entire hand will be behind the tape line to start. The athlete will advance forward _____meters using only hands and feet until both hands are over the tape line and then bear crawl back bear crawl back to the starting line. Knees touching the floor during the bear crawl is a no rep, therefore, athlete will be penalised back to the nearest 5 meters.

The actual distance of the run will be reveal on the actual competition day (25th february 2023) by the games master.

Dumbbell shoulder to overhead (both arm)

The athlete will begin with the dumbbell in the rack position (below chin level holding with both hand, each hand must hold the dumbbell at the left and right part or rubber part of the dumbbel). They will then ress the dumbbell overhead. Any type of press is
