EVENT 5 : ZERO POINT
Workout description :
On 3,2,1 go, the athlete will complete 200 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry (double dumbbells/kettlebells/ wall ball) to _____ meters down the lane (dumbbells/kettlebells/wall ball and feet starting behind the line and finishing after the line), put the equipment inside the mat, then run back to the single under/skipping designated area,
Then the athlete will complete 100 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry to _____ meters down the lane, put the equipment inside the mat, then run back to the single under/skipping designated area,
Then the athlete will complete 50 single under / skipping, then do farmers carry to _____ meters down the lane, put the equipment inside the mat, then run back across the starting line to complete the workout.
Athlete can choose any order of farmer’s carry (double kettlebell / double dumbbell / wall ball ) in the way they feel appropriate for their advantage.
The score is the total time taken to complete the full workout.
Movement standards :
Single under / skipping
The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the repetition to count. Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.
Athlete may use their own rope.
Farmers carry (both hands)
The athlete will pick up both dumbbells/kettlebells/wall ball off the ground and carry each one in each hand down by their side. All of the equipments will begin behind the line and the athletes will farmers carry it for _____ meter and over the line for the rep to count.
Please note the farmers carry equipments must be placed inside the designated mat. They will place them completely on the mat and run back to the single under/skipping area.
The actual distance of the farmer’s carry will be reveal on the actual
Competition day (25th february 2023) by the games master.
Male athlete will be using the 8 and 6kg dumbbell/kettlebell, and 9kg wall ball while female athlete will be using the 6 and 4kg dumbbell/kettlebell, and 6kg wall ball.
