Build a community doesn't mean hundreds of people, it's few people share same vision. Then I challenge my triathlon hobby (15 years ago) again. Regist
er my first triathlon at Bukit Merah Sprint Triathlon, before that event, I'd also joined some events like 5, 10km fun run. Later with more races until OD distance triathlon at Putrajaya. Really excited and proud of myself about this race. And met a guy participating Spartan race at hotel lobby. After the race, I went windows shopping and saw lot of people wearing Spartan finisher T-shirt. After came back from Putrajaya, begin search for it online. Found few talks by founder, Joe De Sena. His vision and action make me feel I want this. Start training myself and learn the game. It's not just personal fitness exercise. It's like life, we sometime face difficulties/obstacles that unexpected. I can never be well prepared for everything but I can prepare myself in physical and mental through training and educate myself. I still can't properly express my experience but now I wish you can feel IT through the race. I'll be here gratefully sharing my experience to anyone who need it. Let's become an inspiring individual.

Learning/exploring sustainable lifestyle. This is one of the side effect of my fitness (Spartan Race) journey. It includes how I eat, how I play and how I rest. Physical strength is pursuing, but mentally health is another undeniable field. I'm learning to balance. And thanks to all supports and sharing from my family and friends.

Can't become fast, strong, fit endurance in 1 exercise, 1 program, 1 diet, 1 training. But everything has to do in step by step, 1 step at a time. I'm changing many things according to the level of my abilities. My body is a whole system. It's not particular just hand, chest, tights, legs, lungs, heart, or any specific part of the body. Balance is the key. My philosophy come from all my reading. Mostly base Chinese tradition, Taoism, Buddhism teaching. We train the hardware and upgrade software. We train external and internal. We observe the Ying and Yang. We train, not talk. We share. We embrace. It's about lifestyle. Stay blessed.
