We provide a great ambiance coupled with a positive environment. We aim to introduce many group fitness classes to our valued clients, however, to begin with we will be offering Zumba, Yoga, Toning and Kpop Dance classes. Although we will have mixed classes, we will also be conducting Female Only group fitness classes so as our clients can have fun and increase their fitness level while having th

e freedom to be themselves. Our instructors come from all walks of life but are passionate in the classes they conduct. If at anytime you wish to know more about our instructors please feel free to visit our website or ask us directly. In addition to the above, our studios are also open for rental on an hourly basis. Long rentals can be discussed at a mutually beneficial rental rate. We are always open to suggestions for improvement so please do feel free to drop us an email, private message or a post on our wall with suggestions that could help us serve you better.
