• VR击鼓演绎学院成立于2012年。
• 由李政威教练秉着对文化传承与鼓队教育的使命而创办VR击鼓演绎学院。
• 目前击鼓演绎学院学院位于蕉赖（Wisma Zelan, Bandar Tun Razak）
• 鼓手班底主要结合了雪隆区学校的精英鼓手，从小学、中学到大专院校或大学学府都有来自VR重点培训的鼓手。
• 另外，学院也开设公众鼓艺兴趣班（Public class）、公司激励营培训等等特别设定地鼓艺班。
