stomers to utilize. We aim to make working out more social and interactive as it not only attracts new members, but keeps them motivated to get fitter, healthier, and stay longer together. Proprietary signature programs at 7Days Fitness Malaysia include Zumba, Yoga, Cardio Fit and Tabata. Collectively, our clubs run a total of 100 group fitness classes in a month. For us, fitness is no longer about losing weight, we promote it as a lifestyle. At 7Days Fitness Malaysia, we want to inspire people to step up with the fitness game whilst changing their lives into a better one.
