Sprint, cross and finish in a speed endurance circuit 🏟️
Red and blue groups alternate on the coach’s whistle for recovery, focusing on acceleration and sprinting. Players do 2/3 sets of 4-6 reps. Each station has at least 2 players and an extra feeder. The feeder passes to A for a first-time cross. B, C, and D sprint to score against the goalkeeper. Meanwhile, 3 outside players sprint 30 yards, then walk to B, C and D for recovery. A becomes the feeder, and the feeder joins group A’s back.
