UUM Squash Open 2017

UniMAP Squash Team have made a clean sweep of both men & women titles in the UUM Squash Open 2017 at Bukit Kachi, Universiti Utara Malaysia.

The defending champion, Tham Ker Xin clinched the women’s title crown after defeating the first seed, Chong Su Yee 11-7, 11-7, 13-11.

Tan Jit Liang (9th seed) completed the double victory for UniMAP in the men’s final after defeating Paul Tang (4th seed) 15-13, 11-7, 11-8.

The other medalists from UniMAP Squash Team are Nuruddin & Nik Iqlima, both finished at 5th position.
