📋 Tournament Format & Tier Transition

1. Preliminary Group Stage (Flights)
* All 32 teams will be divided into 8 Flights (Groups A to H).
* Each Flight consists of 4 teams playing in a Round Robin format.

2. The "Split" (Knockout Qualification) is based on the final standings of the Group Stage. Teams will move into one of the following two brackets:
* Tier 1 (Main Bracket): The 1st and 2nd placing teams from each flight advance to the Tier 1 Round of 16.
* Tier 2 (Challenger Bracket): The 3rd and 4th placing teams from each flight advance to the Tier 2 Round of 16.

3. Tier 2 - Scoring Format
* Matches will be played to 21 points rally (switch sides at 11 points).
* The Finals will be a best 2-of-3 set format.

Due to overwhelming interest in Women’s Doubles and Veteran Doubles 50+, we just couldn’t disappoint you. We are thrilled to announce that both categories have been expanded to 20 teams! Please register early for the additional slots to avoid disappointment! 🏆

📋 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Malaysian players residing in the Central Region of Sarawak (based on address stated in IC and/or current residence), subject to the Organizer’s final review
✅ Aged 50 years and above (age eligibility based on year of birth as stated in IC)
✅ Open to all genders
✅ Open to all DUPR ratings
