Getting more out of your back workouts isn't about pulling harder—it's about pulling smarter. Keep these key tips in mind:

✅ Stop pulling with your arms—let your back muscles do the work
✅ Pull your elbows towards your hips to maximise back activation
✅ Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of each rep
✅ Control the lowering phase instead of letting the weight drop
✅ Avoid shrugging your shoulders to keep the focus on your lats and upper back

Small adjustments to your technique can make a big difference in building strength, improving muscle activation, and reducing your risk of injury.
