This marks a historic milestone for pickleball development in Malaysia, and Pickleball Playground is truly honored to be part of this meaningful journey.
The PICKLESPARK 2026 Launch Ceremony was officially officiated by Mohd Najwan Halimi, EXCO for Youth, Sports and Entrepreneurship of the State of Selangor, at Pickleball Playground in Shah Alam.
This program is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the pickleball sports development ecosystem in Selangor through a more systematic, inclusive, and competitive approach. A total of 50 schools have been identified to participate in this pilot project, bringing the sport closer to the younger generation. More than 500 students aged 10 to 15 from several selected zones will be involved in this program.
PICKLESPARK 2026 serves as an important platform to expand youth participation and ensure the continuous growth and development of pickleball throughout Selangor.
Beyond simply introducing pickleball to young players, PICKLESPARK 2026 focuses on comprehensive talent development, structured training, and coaching pathways to nurture high-quality pickleball athletes and coaches for the future of Malaysia.
Pickleball Playground is proud to stand at the forefront of this movement, supporting the vision of building a stronger, more competitive, and sustainable pickleball community for generations to come.
