Storm 8 形氣合一是以发扬博大精深的武学文化为宗旨的武艺团体。如今社会治安败坏，Storm 8 形氣合一是希望透过武学方式来提醒人们学习自卫术的重要性。Storm 8 形氣合一不只是一种运用手脚技术进行搏击，具有高度防卫能力的方法，而且也是一种精巧的形体艺术和健身方法。

Storm 8 形氣合一以“贴身靠打”为其技巧、方法及技术的原则，使人对敌实战中，能以小胜大，以巧打蛮，以少胜多。其采用的动作与呼吸互相配合，一拳一脚，一肘一靠，手脚齐到，步伐稳固，闪转灵活，短打直进，务求在最短时间内击败敌人。

Storm 8 Martial Art (Storm 8) is an applied skill with simple and practical self defense for life. It is also an ingenious way to build body mov

ement, improving health and fitness. This training comprises basic combat martial art skills, techniques, methods and principles that enable us to outperform, outnumber the opponent in simple, speed and fast moves. Students will learn various movements guided on the breathing techniques that co-ordinates with the punching, kicking, elbowing and shouldering techniques towards stable, swift and speedy reaction, in close combat environment to self protection and defeat the opponent within the shortest time.

普通班SIMPLE SELF DEFENSE Course

Duration: Approximate 3 years to complete
