One of the most valuable lesson a coach or trainer can provide to their clients is, Confidence.

Getting rid the feeling of insecurities and FOMO is one of the best thing for you to deliver to your clients.

If you’re not learning about your clients more than they learn from you, then you’re not doing your job well.

I don’t do crossfit but is a box that you have to go whenever you’re in Bali.

With our current situation whereby the new variant corona virus is airborne, this kind of space with good air ventilation and circulation is a top priority.

Some people can’t train/workout in a non-a/c gym because they’re used to the chilled and cozy environment. But for me, i’m all good as long as they have good equipments and perfect layout.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms without a/c and they’re great. A gym’s hygiene is not based on whether they’re air-conditioned or not, it is all depends on how well they maintain their cleanliness, re-rack the equipments and educate their members on bringing their own towel to wipe their sweats off the bench/equipments.

I can even train in a gym that has no roof on! Perhaps this is the best time for us to have something like Muscle Beach? 😍

“Speed isn’t a great indicator on how hard a lift is for me.” -

Focus on developing “POWER” rather than “SPEED”. Take the concept of a race car, you can have all the top speed you wish for, but its all meaningless if you don’t have the “power”; traction, handling, braking and torque.

“Power” will help you move the load as efficient as possible and as fast as your capabilities will allow.

Whereas focusing just on “Speed” will likely see your form and technique breakdown once you hit a certain % of the load you lift.

Above all else, experiment with whatever works for you, and work around it.
