When you look in the mirror, what do you see? If you don’t see someone you’re absolutely proud of, what are you doing about it? One life. That’s all you get. There are no do-overs, or second chances. How many of you have felt low on energy, dropped in performance, unable to focus or even feeling unnecessarily stressed in certain situations? Typically you would not relate the lack of salt (sodium) with these kind of situations but here's a little known fact, the imbalance of salt in your system could be one of the main catalyst most of the time.

If you wait until you feel great, the day is freed up, or you’re well rested, you’ll never gonna make any progress. If you really got that desire to make that positive change to not just your physique, but your life- JUST GET IT DONE. It’s like jumping into a pool without feeling how cold it is first. It may shock you initially, but eventually you’ll acclimate quickly. Prioritise your training. Make no more excuses. Here's the thing, if you got a fast metabolism, it's attractive, you'll love it & whatever you're going to eat, you'll burn. On the contrary, if you're working with a slow metabolism, it's a nightmare. No matter how low the amount of food you consume it's going to take time for it to burn & you'll still face a weight management problem. To truly counter these problems, one must really comprehend how the dynamics of metabolism works in detail.

Absenteeism & low productivity in the office has been on the rise especially after MCO. Why? Life. It's never certain. It changes too fast within a blink of an eye. Sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down. Things are not gonna work out exactly like how you’ve planned. Anything can happen, and will happen. But during those down moments, thats where the growth takes place. Thats where the work is. When things are all good, anybody can be positive then, anybody can have a logic vision then. The real challenge of growth, mentally emotionally and spiritually comes when you get knock the f*** down.

All of us have experienced some tragedy..some bu****it set backs in our life and if we haven't we will. And you can let it destroy your life and hold you down or you can do something about it. You gotta be bigger than your problems, bigger than the challenges you faced. Quitting is never an option. The more problems you face, the closer you are to your dreams. Changes are never easy, if it were in fact easy, everybody would've done it. But if you're serious, you will get it done under any means necessary. Let no sacrifice or adversity stand in the way.

A true transformation starts with the mind. We've all heard of the phrase "When the mind believes, the body perceives". We need to understand where we are realistically & what we want to achieve, and we need to believe it is possible to instill it in our mind driving us towards that path to success. That's the importance of the mind, an alpha mentality where if you believe you can therefore you will put in the work to create the venues to make that possible.

Many people embark themselves on a transformation journey and find themselves either stagnant, lost, settling for less or failing to pursuit their initial goal because of the countless distractions along the path or not taking the steps towards the right direction.
