As an instructor, teaching isn’t about making everyone look the same. It’s about helping each person understand their body, break through old movement patterns, and discover a way of moving that feels more balanced, effortless, and free.

Creating the conditions for each person to bloom, that’s the kind of growth I hope to nurture in each of them.
