Before you step on the mats, make sure you’ve read this properly.

📌 Ruleset: This competition follows the JJIF ruleset
⚖️ Weigh-ins: Conducted on the same day as the competition
➕ Weight allowance: 300g permitted for each respective division

⏰ Final reminder: Please arrive early and follow all rules to avoid issues on competition day.

JJIF Weigh-In Attire (Important):
In accordance with the JJIF Rulebook, competitors must wear at minimum a non-transparent T-shirt and shorts during official weigh-in.
