Roman chair knee raise

*DO IT CORRECT WAY*
1)take chest up position on roman chair
2)Lift you knee towards chest while breathing out
3)Without swinging your knee bring your knee down while exhaling

*Additional tips: Look at your tigh throughout the motion to maximise top contraction on your lower abs(rectus abdominis)

Here we go !!!
We are all finding ways to be a better version of ourselves. Regardless of the current pandemic and lockdown we trained daily at home for 3 months.
With .attynz determination,discipline and focus on improving himself physically its been a great 8 month transformation journey. Consistency is the key and this transformation is the best example.
