Selangor continued its strong showing at the 21st Singapore National Swimming Championships 2026 by securing the Silver Medal in the Women’s 400m Freestyle Relay.

The relay team consisted of:

Dear everyone, It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that Persatuan Renang Amatur Selangor (PRAS) mourns the passing of Coach Ong Jin Kooi this evening.

Coach Ong served the swimming community with immense passion and dedication, not only as an outstanding coach but also as the Vice President of PRAS. His contributions to the development of swimming in Selangor and the lives he touched throughout his journey will always be remembered with great respect and gratitude.

During this painful moment, we encourage everyone to remain strong and united. That is what Coach Ong would have wanted us to do.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, swimmers, and all who knew him.

Selangor Water Polo team received a warm welcome from the Kashiwazaki Bourbon committee members on Day 1 of SUKMA training camp.

A special banner was put up exclusively to welcome the SUKMA Team training camp at Kashiwazaki Bourbon.

A special training session was also conducted by Tansmura-san, the former Olympic goalkeeper, sharing his valuable experience and knowledge with our players.

We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and wonderful support from everyone at Kashiwazaki Bourbon. 🤽🏼🙏🏼

The Selangor Artistic Swimming team delivered an outstanding performance at the The 14th MAS/NSC/MILO Malaysia Open & Age Group Artistic Swimming Championship 2026, securing an impressive total of 11 medals across 10 events.

The squad brought home 6 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals—an achievement that highlights their dominance in the sport at both the open and age-group levels.
