📢 Stretching won’t fix your lower back pain.
Not all lower back pain is the same.
Right-side and left-side pain often need different solutions.
Using the same exercises or treatments for everyone doesn’t always work.
That’s why we start with an *assessment*, not guessing.
This case study:
- Right-sided lower back pain
What we found:
- Left hip external rotation is better
- Right hip external rotation is limited
When this happens, we know the body **shifted more to the right side and lost the ability to push away from that side. So the focus of the intervention is teaching the body on how to push and move out of the right side
After the intervention:
✔ Both hips’ external rotation improved
✔ Most importantly, the right side gained better range
✔ Lower back pain reduced
Sometimes, pain doesn’t need more treatment —
it needs *better movement*.
If you’ve tried physio, massage, or exercises but your lower back pain keeps coming back, *it may be time for a different approach*.
