📌 Kebiasaan 1 - event larian, cycling atau acara sukan bermula SEAWAL pagi yang mungkin
📌 Kebiasaan 2 - pada hari kejadian macam macam masalah yang timbul - alarm tak bunyi (bangun lambat + panik), tak jumpa barang barang (walaupun dah pek malam sebelum), masa untuk masukkan gear, beg, basikal, kasut, supplement ke kereta 😢
