It’s wonderful to see our students coming together to learn, practise, and experience the Advanced Course together in person.

A heartfelt thank you to Master Bai Yin and Master Yin Quan for teaching and sharing their knowledge with us through the EnerQi Advanced Course. 🙏❤️

Through each practice session, we learn not only the movements, but also the importance of focus, consistency, and putting what we learn into practice.

Malaysia Broadcaster Training 🎬💻

After weeks of preparation, guides, testing and probably quite a few “why is this not working?” moments 😂, we finally completed our OBS + Zoom Broadcast Training today!

Broadcasting may look simple when you are watching the final result, but once you are behind the scenes, there is quite a lot to learn. OBS, Zoom settings, audio, scenes, layouts, troubleshooting… suddenly there are so many buttons to understand! 😅

What I really enjoyed was seeing everyone go from “I’ve never done this before” to actually setting everything up and making it work.

Some things worked on the first try, some didn’t. We tested, adjusted, tried again and helped one another along the way.

And I think that is what training is really about. Not getting everything perfect the first time, but being willing to learn, make mistakes, try again and eventually say, “Ohhh… I get it now!” 😂

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to take on this new role and stepped outside your comfort zone. ❤️

Today is only the beginning. There is still plenty for us to practise, but I’m happy to see the team take this first step together.

A Morning of Gratitude ☀️🙏

The weather forecast predicted rain throughout the day, and I honestly thought we’d have to postpone our First Fu In-Person Group Practice. Instead, we were blessed with a beautiful morning and perfect weather to practise together.

Thank you to everyone who woke up early to join me! We refined the Three Nests Technique (San Wo Gong), practised the EnerQi Five Elements Techniques, and enjoyed a meaningful morning of learning, sharing, and growing together.

What an inspiring weekend it has been!

Over two days, students from different backgrounds came together to learn HarmonyQi, explore the principles behind the practice, and experience how simple movements can help cultivate greater balance, relaxation, and well-being.
