2025-07-22，一名馬來华人教練與一名台灣客人在本公司船上發生爭執，本中心得悉後已經立即安排轉船將兩組人分開，並安排兩組人在不同時段返航，避免再衝突，並勸喻涉事教練平息事件。翌日（2025-07-23）早上集合時間，涉事教練到本店外，店主已經立即勸喻教練離開，可惜教練並沒有聽從店主的勸喻，最後仍發生襲擊事件，整件事件已經被本店安裝在船上和店舖的閉路電視拍下，馬來警方已經展開調查中，本店對事件詳情不便透露太多，但會全力協助警方調查，就這件事件，本店發出以下聲明：1）涉事教練沒有穿着制服，不是本公司的員工（本公司所有員工都是穿着制服的）2）本店已經盡最大努力平息事件，可惜教練並沒有聽從店主的勸喻。3）店主不是本地人，也不懂馬來語，當時已通知員工報警。4）店主已經年過60，沒有能力勸阻年輕人打鬥，加上當時已經有很多人參與勸阻。5）本店當日已就事件立即向PADI提交報告。6)毆打事件發生後，本店仍繼續安排活動給同組另外三位台灣的客人，並給予應有的服務。只有被毆打的一位自願放棄當日的活動。就這件事件，本店非常遺憾，已經盡了最大的努力防止發生，坊間太多不實報道，特此作出澄清。我們強烈譴責暴力行為，如果是本店的員工，會立即被解僱。

On 2025-07-22, a Malay Chinese Instructor and a Taiwanese guest had a dispute on our centre's boat. After received about it, our center immediately arranged another boat to separate the two groups of guest, and arranged for the two groups to return at different times to avoid further conflicts, and persuaded the instructor involved to calm down the incident. The next day (2025-07-23) at the morning gathering time, the instructor involved came to the outside of our dive centre. The owner of dive centre immediately persuaded the instructor to leave, but unfortunately the instructor did not listen to the owner's advice, and the attack still occurred in the end. The whole incident has been captured by the CCTV installed on the boat and the dive centre. The Malaysian police have take over an investigation. Dive centre is not convenient to disclose too much about the details of the incident, but will fully assist the police in the investigation. Regarding this incident, the store issued the following statement:
1) The instructor involved was not wearing a uniform and was not an employee of our company (all employees of our company wear uniforms)
2) Our store has tried its best to calm down the incident, but unfortunately the instructor did not listen to the owner's advice.
3) The owner is not a local and does not understand Malay. At that time, he notified his employees to call the police.
4) The owner is over 60 years old and has no ability to dissuade the young people from fighting, and many people have already tried to dissuade them.
5) Our dive centre has immediately submitted a report to PADI on the same day.
6) After the incident , our centre continued to arrange activities for the other three Taiwanese guests in the same group and provided them with due services. Only the one who was beaten voluntarily gave up the activities that day.

Regarding this incident, our store is very sorry and has done its best to prevent it from happening. There are too many false reports in the market, so we would like to clarify it. We strongly condemn acts of violence. If it is our employees, they will be fired immediately.
