Some chapters in life don’t just pass through you they shape you

More than 10 years ago I stepped onto the floor at F45 Training Mont Kiara for the very first time as a coach I had no idea that decision would lead me on a journey across countries studios and thousands of classes

From F45 Training KL Gateway to F45 Training Jumeirah this journey with F45 Training gave me more than just a career

It gave me people 🧡❤️💙💜💛💚

People who trusted me with their goals struggles comebacks and victories
Studio owners who believed in me
Coaches who shared the floor with me
Members who made me feel loved every single day🙏🏼

With this message, I say goodbye to this chapter with deep gratitude in my heart❤️

But this isn’t goodbye to coaching and it’s definitely not goodbye to the mission of helping people transform their lives through fitness that part of me isn’t going anywhere

I’m excited hopeful and curious about what the next chapter will bring
