🧊 2. Use the R.I.C.E method

* Rest – let the injured area recover
* Ice – apply ice for 10–15 minutes
* Compression – wrap lightly to reduce swelling
* Elevation – keep the injured area raised



🚫 3. Avoid ego lifting

Most injuries happen from lifting too heavy.
Lower the weight and focus on proper form.



🧠 4. Know the difference

* ✅ Normal: muscle soreness (DOMS)
* ❌ Warning: sharp pain, swelling, limited movement

Don’t ignore these signs.



👨‍⚕️ 5. See a professional if needed

If the pain doesn’t improve after 2–3 days or gets worse, get it checked (physio or doctor).



🔁 6. Always warm up & cool down

Many people skip this.
But it’s one of the best ways to prevent injuries.
