Two of the tough Memorial WODs back-to-back, and we absolutely crushed it. 💪🔥

Last Saturday, we teamed up to tackle Chad AND Murph as a team of 2. Over 1 hour of pure sweat, grit, and holding each other accountable.

There were definitely moments of “why did we sign up for this?” haha, but we pushed through every single rep. Huge shoutout to my partner in crime—couldn’t have done it without you! 🤝

A brutal, beautiful way to honor and remember. Job well done, team! 🇺🇸✨

A massive shout-out also goes to everyone who showed incredible year-to-year improvement. Special well done to the Gritters who poured their hearts into all three Open workouts and crushed new PRs along the way! 💪🔥

It’s been all about the 2026 Open for the past few months, which means we haven’t had a dedicated Metcon WOD in a while. Today, we officially closed that chapter!

Grinding through nearly 100 minutes of work is the ultimate way to transition back. The sweat, the heavy breathing, and the pure effort today was next level. Well done to everyone who survived the “lung crusher” to kick things off!

The Open is over, but the work doesn’t stop. Can’t wait to show you what’s coming next for our Metcon sessions. Stay tuned! 👊🔥
