Bomba harap akan jumpa petunjuk baharu berhubung kehilangan Acap ketika menyertai larian Gopeng Ultra Trail di Gua Tempurung, Gopeng pada 23 Mac tahun lalu.

We’ve burn more than 500 calories just by doing burpees, push up, squat, jumping star, crunches, plank and many more. Peluh dowh.... belum lari lagi!
