一转眼，11年了。

我一直记得那个8岁的小男孩。

每天，不管刮风下雨，他都会跟着姐姐来到 Star Elite 球馆。而弟弟，却总是静静地坐在场边，看着姐姐和其他哥哥姐姐们挥汗训练，就是迟迟不肯拿起球拍。

有一天，我忍不住问他的妈妈：
「为什么他一直不愿意练球？是不喜欢乒乓球吗？」

妈妈笑着回答：
「不是，他害怕写训练日记，所以宁愿不要学乒乓球。」

听到这个答案，我忍不住笑了。

我走到他身边，轻轻地对他说：
「你还小，不用写训练日记的，先开始打球就好。」

就是这么简单的一句话，让他放下了心里的恐惧，也鼓起勇气，拿起了人生第一支球拍。

谁也没想到，这一拿，就是11年。
这11年来，没有所谓的天赋捷径，只有日复一日的坚持。

每天放学后的训练、无数次重复的基本功、一次又一次的比赛、一次又一次跌倒后重新站起来。

有汗水，也有泪水；有失败，也有成功。
一步一步，他把梦想变成了现实。

2025年，荣获东南亚青少年乒乓球锦标赛 U19 男子单打冠军。

2026年，再次站上国际领奖台，勇夺第30届亚洲青少年乒乓球锦标赛 U19 男子双打铜牌，为马来西亚赢得本届赛事唯一的一枚奖牌。

他，就是严锦正。

今天回头看，真的很感慨。

当年那个每天跟着姐姐来到球馆、坐在场边看训练，甚至因为害怕写训练日记而不敢开始练球的小男孩，如今已经19岁了。

而更让我欣慰的是，当年一起走进球馆的姐弟俩，如今都披上了马来西亚国家队战袍。

姐姐——严丽映，成为了国家队球员。
弟弟——严锦正，也成为了国家队球员，并站上了东南亚和亚洲的领奖台。

身为教练，看着他们从小一路成长，我心中充满感恩，也感到无比骄傲。

这11年来，我们见证的不只是奖牌，而是一个孩子的成长；收获的不只是冠军，而是一份坚持到底、永不放弃的精神。

冠军，不是一天练成的；荣耀，也不是偶然得来的。

它来自11年来，每一天的坚持，每一滴汗水，每一次跌倒后的重新站起。

我也希望锦正的故事，能够鼓励更多孩子，也鼓励更多家长。

也许今天那个害羞、不敢开始、甚至害怕写训练日记的小朋友，只要愿意踏出第一步，坚持下去，未来也有机会站上世界舞台。

梦想，从来不属于最有天赋的人。
梦想，属于那些愿意坚持到底的人。

锦正，继续加油！

未来还有更大的舞台等待着你去挑战。

愿你继续保持初心，勇敢追梦，不断突破自己，为马来西亚争取更多荣耀！

恭喜 Star Elite 球员严锦正, 在泰国曼谷举行的第30届亚洲青少年乒乓锦标赛中，勇夺 U19 男子双打铜牌！

同时，这枚铜牌也是马来西亚代表队本届赛事唯一获得的奖牌。

愿你继续保持拼搏精神，再接再厉，不断突破自我，在未来更多国际赛事中，为马来西亚争取更辉煌的成绩，为国争光！

Congratulations to Star Elite player Im Jin Zhen for winning the U19 Boys’ Doubles Bronze Medal at the 30th Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships in Bangkok, Thailand!

This bronze medal was also Team Malaysia’s only medal at this year’s championships.

Keep striving for greater success, continue pushing your limits, and keep making Malaysia proud on the international stage.

Star Elite Puchong 很荣幸邀请到世界冠军王越古教练亲临指导，为球员们迎来一次难得且珍贵的学习机会！能够与世界冠军王越古教练近距离训练、交流与学习，对每一位球员而言，都是一段宝贵且难忘的经历。

这次训练中，球员们学习了正确的技术运用、步法配合、比赛思维以及训练方法；更重要的是，亲身感受到世界冠军对于细节、纪律、专注与坚持的高标准要求。

冠军，不只是成绩。冠军，更是一种态度、一种精神、
一种永不停止学习与进步的信念。

2026年东南亚少年赛日前在新加坡圆满落幕！

马来西亚代表队发挥出色，勇夺 7金、3银、5铜，成功登顶全场总冠军🏆🇲🇾！

这一份辉煌战绩，不仅振奋人心，更象征着大马乒乓实力正稳步崛起，在东南亚舞台上大放异彩，令人无比骄傲！
