Our Gymnast Keischa training hard for her new ball handling . Her smile show us when she succeeded. Training is hard because training requires a lot of repetition, drills and hard work . Besides that go thru all hard training with pain , scolded by coach , tears , wake up early in morning for training but when gymnast love their training they are willing to go for it . To train a gymnasts is not an easy job for coaches . We train girls for
