Life Ca-Dio — this name holds our deep gratitude and heartfelt intention to honor “life” and the continuation of “love.”

The gift of life from our parents is our very first love. We learn to live with meaning, to cultivate ourselves, and to be grateful. When we gain the capacity to give, that love and energy are then continued through us. We hope each pe
rson becomes someone full of love and strength—
extending kindness and awareness to carry this heart of love forward. It represents vitality and the core of life. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation all nurture the heart and bring balance to the body and mind—
strong yet supple.
“Ca” also reflects a little wish of ours:
To create a place where we can move, talk, and connect freely—
a warm, comfortable studio-like space. A place that gathers energy. Where teachers can share their years of experience,
and students can release their worries, focus on their breath and flow,
and dance away the stress—welcoming joy with open arms.

Life = 生、活、给、延。
爸妈给予我们生命，这是第一份爱。
我们学习如何活出意义、栽培自己，也学会再感恩。
当我们有能力「给予」，那份爱与能量，也就被「延续」。
我们希望每个人都能成为一个「有爱、有能」的人，
用温柔与觉察去延续这颗爱的心。
Ca= Cardio，心脏。
代表活力与生命的核心。
瑜伽、呼吸与冥想，
都是呵护心脏、平衡身心的方式——
强而有力，也柔韧兼备。
“Ca” 也象征我们的一个小小愿望：
一个能练习、能聊天、能彼此靠近的地方，
像一间 studio 般自在、温暖。

让老师分享多年教学经验，
