2024 was a blessed year filled with great memories, fun, laughter and amazing achievements 🙌

However, the success of in 2024 wouldn’t have been possible without all of our amazing clients.

Let’s be honest, nobody is going to cheer you on when you’re working on yourself.

In fact, most of your friends and family will try to shoot you down or stop you from progressing:

People hate to see others do better than them and they will stop at nothing to stop you 🛑

“Why are you working so hard? You should take a break!”

“Don’t be so serious! Just eat the cake!”

“You work so hard, but I don’t see your progress..”

“It just seems like a waste of time”

Having haters is a telltale sign that you’re doing better than them and they can’t stand it!

We all love and regularly enjoy Malaysian foods! BUT…

Are they good for you?

Let’s explore them together! 🍲

It is well known that Malaysian foods are extremely delicious and flavourful. But the big question is…. Are they making you fat?

Unfortunately, most of them do….

Today, let’s take a look at 3 of the most common Malaysian foods… Karipap, Char Koay Teow and Roti Canai!

As you can see, the calorie count for these foods are monstrous! Which explains why are facing a surge in and many other health issues… 😔

This is mainly because…

Malaysian cuisine is often filled with extreme amounts sugar, cheap unhealthy oils, unhealthy fats and tons of processed ingredients.

Now wait! Does it mean you have to stop eating these foods immediately?!?!

NO! You can still enjoy them! What’s life without enjoying good food? 🥘
