使我们得自由的真理
约翰福音 8:32 你们必晓得真理, 真理必叫你们得以自由.
约翰福音 8:34 耶稣回答说：
“我实实在在地告诉你们, 所有犯罪的, 就是罪的奴仆.
提摩太后书 2:26 并且叫他们醒悟过来, 脱离魔鬼的网罗；因为魔鬼掳去他们随从他的意思. ）

🙏阿爸天父, 感谢您赐给我在您爱子耶稣里所拥有的奇妙自由.
今天, 我祈求您赐给我智慧, 让我真正理解, 接受并活出这应许的自由.求您开启我的双眼, 更新我的心思意念, 使我能认清那些仍然试图束缚我的怀疑, 恐惧或过往重担的锁链. 求您赐给我分辨力, 使我做出荣耀您的选择；赐给我勇气, 使我放下一切阻碍我得享您为我预备的丰盛生命的事物. 求祢赐我恩典, 使我能坚定地持守祢的真理, 抵挡定罪, 安息在祢永不改变的爱中. 求祢引导我的思想, 言语和行为, 帮助我每天都活出祢救赎恩典的彰显.

My Praise Dance team and I are proving and showing everyone that age is just a number........, especially when we have such beautiful music! We're not just exercising and dancing;
we're also enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and listening to wonderful songs! 💃🕺

I want to say thank you everyone! Everyone worked together to make this Parents' Day a complete success! Everyone did a fantastic job; the wonderful performances and songs made all the elderly people so happy they forgot to sleep.
Especially the beautiful 100-year-old and 90-year-old ladies; they said they were very happy to see us.

Thank you to the RC Member for coming, and thank you Gillian for the ice cream sticks! 😋
