Why Body Conditioning Matters — Even From a Young Age 🩰

Body conditioning isn’t only for advanced dancers. Starting from around 5 years old, age-appropriate conditioning can help young dancers build a strong foundation for their future training.

Through carefully guided exercises, children gradually develop:
✨ Foot & ankle strength
✨ Flexibility — front & side splits
✨ Hip mobility & healthy turnout
✨ Back & shoulder flexibility
✨ Balance, coordination & body awareness

At this age, the goal is not to push or force flexibility. It’s about teaching children how to understand their bodies, build strength progressively, and develop good movement habits from the beginning.

很喜欢听见家长从自己的角度，分享两个女儿一路学习舞蹈的成长。

她提到，Internal Competition 对孩子来说，是一个非常好的探索平台。它不只是一次比赛，更是让孩子有机会站上舞台、累积经验、认识自己，也从每一次准备与挑战中发现更多可能。

也许一次比赛不会马上改变什么，但每一次经历，都会悄悄成为成长的一部分。
