Why should we intentionally train our back muscles?

For most people today, lower back pain is usually caused by endless hours of sitting and slouching. Congratulations to Michelle Michelle Leong on your promotion to Senior Instructor! ❤️

Since starting her teaching journey in March 2024 and becoming BASI Certified in December 2024, Michelle has continued to grow through every opportunity to learn.

She has also guided many BASI students on their journey to certification while furthering her education through BASI Legacy Program (Mentor, Master 1 & 2, and Legacy), Pilates through Pregnancy and Beyond, Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies and Pilates for Scoliosis.
