District 13 Each man and woman is an athlete by nature; conditioned by our environment and daily routines. Today's world demand evolutionary hijacking in fitness.

Every fitness enthusiast looks forward to meeting their own kind. Each with their own training philosophy and dieting regime, always eager to spread their knowledge and build relationships that will enrich themselves and the community at large. We are dedicated to sharing our knowledge of the sport with the general public. With the aim of nurturing a community spirit among athletes and other fitness enthusiasts here, our goal is to provide quality and valuable lifestyle habits. By collaborating with other gyms and certified trainers, we offer space for freelance PT, sporting events venue, and other means that would help grow the number of competitive athletes and fitness enthusiasts in Malaysia. Operating out of a warehouse boasting 10,000 square feet space with 20 metre high ceilings, we hope to offer a truly special workout experience. Visit us at Ground Floor Warehouse, Bangunan TH. RACE DAY INFO

Race weekend is here. Save this post and give it a proper read before you head to Bukit Kiara.

HEAT / START TIME

Your heat is locked in. Check your assigned start time carefully and plan backwards from there.

CHECK-IN

Check-in opens 1 hour before your category time. Bring your IC / valid photo ID and give yourself enough time to get sorted before racing.

DOUBLES + TEAMS

You came as a crew, you check in as a crew. Doubles partners and all Team of 3 members must be present together to complete check-in.

ARRIVAL / BRIEFING

Be there at least 30 minutes before your assigned start time. That gives you time to check in, settle in and get through the mandatory race briefing.

WHAT TO BRING

KL outdoors, so come prepared:
water
towel
sunscreen
hat/cap
sunglasse
a change of clothes
whatever personal fuel you need

RULES + STANDARDS

Know the work before you hit the floor. Read through your category format, rules and movement standards before race day.

HAZE / WEATHER

The R.U.S.H is proceeding as planned. We’ll continue monitoring conditions and communicate any changes required due to official directives, safety considerations, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

The final workout of the morning involves Movement variety, muscle endurance and varying rep schemes. Individuals and teams have to manage their engine, execute competently and avoid those no reps!
Because when competition day comes, the goal isn’t to feel comfortable. It’s to bring your best when you’re possibly feeling your worst.
Good luck to all our athletes competing at Pangazou Unleashed 2026! Win or learn, we do it as a pack.
