Plantar fasciitis is a pretty common injury that happens to many of us at times.

How this happens is when a strong band of tissue that supports the arch of your foot, becomes irritated and inflamed.

Plantar fascia is designed to help absorb high stresses and strains while walking, running or standing but at times too much pressure damages or tears the tissues, thus creating
inflammation and pain surrounding the tissues.

Natural remedies would be to apply cold compress to reduce swelling and also some yoga asanas would definitely bring relief to the foot.
