YOGA FLOW FOR CLIMBERS

We are celebrating International Yoga Day with a special tie up, with Evelyn from One Earth Yoga.

In this 45 minute flow bespoke for climbers, we’ll breathe, salute the sun and warm up those joints to get right ready for climbing. Yoga will be followed by Camp5’s signature Basic Bouldering Course - gear included - before you put flow and skills together on the wall and boulder the day away.

GO OUTSIDE

Take your next steps - outdoor!

Malaysia has wonderful outdoor rock climbing. You can be touching rock within a 20 minute drive from the capital Kuala Lumpur. Not sure where to start?

Camp5’s next outdoor lead course is scheduled for:

Saturday, 13 June
9am - 4pm
Location: TBC closer to date but typically run at Nyamuk / Damai

Class Fee: MYR 300/person*
Class Size: 4-6 Students

This particular program will be run by !

Camp5’s been running this course for over 20 years now, it’s certified by SEACAF for a nominal fee. SEACF Level 2 certification optional for SEACF Level 1 holders.

Prerequisites:
– 13 years of age
– 6a climbing ability
– Indoor lead climbing safety skill competent

Malaysia has amazing rock - there’s crags at Bukit Takun, Gua Damai, and Batu Caves to name a few. Go out of town for more thrills in Perak and beyond. Where has your rock climbing taken you - what crags should be checked out - in Malaysia? The world? What are you waiting for?

Grab your squad and take your passion for climbing outdoors. There’s a whole world out there, and it’s beautiful! Of course, we always have your back when you wanna climb indoors too ;)
