After 3 years, finally have the right timing to join UA COMBINE by 🔥🔥🔥

Reflecting back from someone who totally avoided sports days back in high school & doesn’t do any sports at all, I’ve came a long way. It’s very important for us to remember that it’s always NEVER TOO LATE to start your fitness journey. It’s about getting fitter & better 1% at a time. Start your journey now & I’ll see you in the next fitness event!

Favourite moment today was hitting my 52.5kg 3 rep bench after stopping bench training for a while, didn’t expect to be 3rd place in cognition, hit my PB in beep test & was happy that the pull up did felt good (only that I messed up the timing & it messed up my mind). Nonetheless also learnt about areas that I need to improve such as my vertical jump! 😝
