We are inviting newcomers to explore our gym and experience our approach to functional strength training during our open day.

✨What you can sign up for?

1. FUNCTIONAL BODY BUILDING GROUP CLASS:
Designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of strength training and give you a taste of our functional bodybuilding class.

2. 30-MINS PT SESSION
Get personalised attention with a 30-minute personal training trial session. Our trainers will assess your fitness level, discuss your goals, and provide a plan to help you start your fitness journey on the right track.

Kicking off things at 7.30am with a Strength session at the Lab then heading over to PKNS Kelana Jaya for a tennis session at 9.00am.

Fret not, for those of you that are touching tennis for the first time. The coaches of NTP will help guide you on this day.

For those of you that do know how to play, we’ll be mixing it up socially.
