Air Force Youth Fencing Championships 2026 🤺

🥉 Congratulations to Audrey for winning Bronze in the U14 Girls’ Foil, narrowly missing out on a place in the final by just one point. She also achieved a Top 8 finish in the U12 Girls’ Foil.

Well done to Nur Irene as well for securing a Top 8 finish in the U12 Girls’ Epee.

Super glad to welcome Taufiq Aris back to the club and back in action. Having started foil fencing at a young age, he has gone on to win medals at international competitions. Taufiq is now a second-year medical student at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) 👨‍⚕️🩺. We are so proud of you!

Touché Fencers Saif Nordin (15 y/o) and Khalis Kamil (18 y/o), proudly represented Malaysia 🇲🇾 at the Rio 2026 Fencing World Championships 🤺🇧🇷🌎.

🔥 Foilist Saif Nordin has once again emerged as the nation’s top performer in the event across both Cadet and Junior categories, and is the best placed Southeast Asian fencer in the Men’s Cadet Individual. 👏 An outstanding achievement on the world stage!

For Khalis Kamil, in one of his earliest international exposures, he delivered a fair performance in the Men’s Epee Individual, securing one victory and narrowly down by two bouts of 5–4, in pools.

We are proud of the both of you! Keep up the consistent efforts.

🥉 Congratulations to Nicholas Wan for winning Bronze in Men’s Epee, 2026 Glasgow Open Fencing Championship 🤺!

Nicholas started fencing at Touche at the age of 9.
He is currently pursuing his tertiary studies in Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh, UK 🇬🇧.

Nicholas will be back for summer break and will be at the club from June to September. Well done, Nic 👏!
